梯齒環(huán)符合DIN22258 Part1 1983標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高于國內(nèi)MT/T 99-1997標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在制造過程中選擇了富含Cr、Ni、Mo合金元素的高合金鋼和多重?zé)崽幚砉に嚕源_保其（平立兩用）與配套鏈輪的配合，安全運(yùn)行。梯齒環(huán)表面經(jīng)過特殊防腐處理，延長了使用壽命。
梯齒型接鏈環(huán)垂直安裝使用時(shí)，一定要注意裝配方向，保證上方箭頭與傳動方向一致
T-tooth Connector(for vertical and horizontal use,horizontal link connector is preference)
The T-tooth connector comply to the standard DIN 22258 part 1 ,which exceed the requirements in China Standard MT/T99-1997 .The tensile and fatigue performance is particularly impressive and has been achieved by careful selection of raw material include Cr,Ni and Mo and heat treatment during the manufacturing process.
The perfect engagement with sprocket either in Horizontal or Vertival has been achived .The surfaces of T -tooth connector have been treated through anti-corrosion process to expand its work life.
Please be aware of the fitting direction when assembling for vertical use, keep the top arrow direction with the transmission direction.

梯齒型接鏈環(huán)安裝說明書提供了安裝和維護(hù)的正確方法
*定義檢查磨損和損壞
*每三個(gè)月或是完成100萬噸過煤量進(jìn)行檢查（如果用于轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)需要每個(gè)月檢查一次）
*不要在兩個(gè)接鏈環(huán)中插入其他部件
Assembly and Maintenance
An instruction leaflet is supplied with each T-tooth connector which gives guidance o correct assembly ad maintenance.
.Regularly check for wear or damage and free from dust.
.Fully examine every 3 months or 1M tonnes conveyed whichever is the sonner (For BSL use,examine monthly)
.Do not interchange components between connectors
